An Easy and Efficient Method of Punching Stacks of Prepreg Material

The Prepreg Punch is an air actuated unit that can punch a stack of prepreg, tedlar or caps up to .200" thick.

The material is placed on a carrier tray for easy transporting to the punching head. This tray has cutouts which coincide with the hole pattern to be punched.

The operator simply loads the material on the tray, places the tray on the ball table of the Prepreg Punch, and locates the tray until it nests around the bushing. This automatically activates the punching head.

The interchangeable punch and die assembly makes it possible to use for more than one hole size, if required.

The Prepreg Punch offers a convenient and simple method of economically piercing these hard to handle materials.
